North Royalton will tear down former City Hall, consider plan for pavilion with a view

North Royalton will tear down its former City Hall, at Ridge and Royalton roads, probably this summer. In its place, the city is looking to build a two-level pavilion into the hillside, where residents can meet or picnic while enjoying panoramic views of the hills of northern Medina County.
