North Ridgeville's re-elected mayor sees brighter times ahead after a challenging 2015

North Ridgeville Mayor Mayor G. David Gillock said 2015 had its challenges, but the city emerged stronger than ever. He told residents the city's future looks bright in his state of the city address Thursday.
