North Akron Exchange House throws first birthday bash, launches international market

The Exchange House in North Hill is nearing its first anniversary. In addition to a week of festivities to celebrate the event, Exchange House organizers will throw a birthday bash and share details of a collaboration to launch a new outdoor market in May. The birthday party is set for Feb. 28 from 6-9 p.m. at 760 Elma St. in Akron.
