NOACA signs agreement with Hyperloop Transportation Technologies to explore Cleveland-Chicago routes

The Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency has signed an agreement with Hyperloop Transportation Technologies of Playa Vista, CA, to explore a Cleveland-Chicago high-speed link.
