NOACA boosts protected bike lane projects in Cleveland with spending package (photos)

NOACA, the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency allocated $47 million for transportation projects in the region, including $14.4 for two projects to create the first major protected bike lanes in Cleveland.
