NEOCycle Night Ride shuts Shoreway tonight

The Cleveland Memorial Shoreway will be closed from 6:30 to 10 p.m. tonight from Clifton/Lake and West Boulevard to the Municipal Parking Lot off East Ninth Street for the 4th annual NEOCycle Night Ride.
