Man with developmental disability shot, killed while shoveling snow on Cleveland's East Side

The 18-year-old man was found about 3:30 a.m. Sunday, lying on the ground near the intersection of Kenyon Avenue and East 65th Street in the city's Broadway-Slavic Village neighborhood, Cleveland police said.
