Man pleads guilty in hit-and-run crash that killed Lorain High School student

Damion Cheers pleaded guilty Thursday to vehicular homicide, failure to stop after an accident and driving under suspension in the crash that killed Jayvian Johnson. A charge of aggravated vehicular homicide was dismissed, Cook's office said.
