Man escapes from Garfield Heights Jail, considered dangerous

The man is bald, 6-foot tall and weighs about 240 pounds, according to a dispatcher at Southeast Emergency Communications Center. He was last seen wearing a while V-neck T-shirt, black pants and no shoes or socks, the dispatcher said.
