Lake Erie's Icebreaker Wind project moves closer to state certification for construction

The Lake Erie Energy Development Corp. filed environmental applications detailing its plans for monitoring and analyzing the impact of the Icebreaker wind farm on birds, bats and fish, moving a step closer toward receiving approval to proceed with construction.
