KeyBank customer is irate that his ATM card can be used without his PIN: Money Matters

I recently found out by accident that the ATM-only card I received from KeyBank can also be used as a debit card. I discovered that two purchases over the last year were deducted from my checking account without my knowledge. For the last purchase, either I or a cashier at Walmart in North Olmsted chose the debit card option for a sale of $14.23 on March 4, 2017. I never entered a PIN. I still have the receipt.
