Jimmy Dimora says prosecutors were wrong about jury instructions at his 2012 corruption trial

Jimmy Dimora, in challenging his corruption convictions in the hope that he can soon be released from prison, said in a court filing Friday that the government is looking at his case the wrong way, especially in light of a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision and the lower court's opinions that have followed.
