Hyland Software agrees to acquire Lexmark's Perceptive portfolio

Private equity firm Thoma Bravo today announced entering into an agreement with Lexmark International Inc. After the deal closes, the firm plans to sell its Perceptive unit to Westlake-based Hyland Software.
