Grand jury to determine charges against Grafton man in murder-for-hire plot

Seljami Idrizi, 39, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday in Elyria Municipal Court and his case was bound over to Lorain County Common Pleas Court, records show. He appeared with attorney Paul Daher.
