Grafton man indicted in crash that killed Midview High School student

Chase Johnson is charged with two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide, operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and two counts of operating a vehicle while under the influence of controlled substance/metabolite of controlled substance, court records say.
