Grafton man charged in murder-for-hire plot held personal grudge against victim, prosecutors say

Seljami Idrizi, 39, is indicted on two counts of conspiracy to commit aggravated murder and conspiracy to aggravated murder after investigators learned he tried to have a 43-year-old North Ridgeville man killed, prosecutor's say.
