Gasoline prices falling to pre-hurricane levels

Now that fall has arrived, gasoline prices have fallen back to levels not seen since Hurricane Harvey swamped southeast Texas and parts of Louisiana in late August.Average Cleveland price today is about $2.28 a gallon, down from the spike of $2.55 on Sept. 5, according to GasBuddy.
