FirstEnergy rate increase for nuclear still shadowy but opponents lining up

FirstEnergy wants to charge customers extra fees to keep Davis-Besse, Perry and probably its two Pennsylvania nuclear power plants operating. But legislation to do that is still being drafted for GOP dominated legislature that likes competition rather than regulation.
