FirstEnergy CEO says ZEC legislation may be too late to help

Chuck Jones, the plain-spoken top executive at FirstEnergy says the company's subsidiary which owns its power plant subsidiary may have to seek bankruptcy protection before Ohio lawmakers approve a bill to subsidize nuclear power plants.
