Federal judge presiding over opioid litigation will hold Jan. 31 conference for settlement talks

A Cleveland federal judge who is presiding over more than 200 cases filed by government entities against drug manufacturers and distributors over the nation's opioid epidemic set a Jan. 31 conference for attorneys to continue settlement discussions.
