Federal changes to Medicaid could affect thousands in Cuyahoga County

More than 28,000 people living in Cuyahoga County have lost Medicaid coverage since new federal changes to the assistance program were passed last summer via House Resolution 1, President Donald Trump's "One Big Beautiful Bill Act."
