EPA chief says he wants clean Great Lakes despite seeking cuts

U.S. EPA chief Scott Pruitt on Thursday promised Rep. Marcy Kaptur of Ohio and other Congress members that his agency would keep the Great Lakes clean, despite proposed cuts to the agency and an elimination of money for the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative.
