Driver in crash that killed Midview High School student had marijuana in system, reports say

Chase Johnson submitted a blood sample after the crash that happened about 3 a.m. May 21. Lindsey Rotuno, 17, of Grafton, died in the crash. She was not wearing a seatbelt.
