Downtown Akron is one-third parking lots: Akron Downtown Vision & Redevelopment plan asks for ideas on challenges

Phase 2 of the Akron Downtown Vision & Redevelopment plan kicked off at the Akron Civic Theatre Wednesday, as about 175 residents came to weigh in on the city's future.
