Developers propose sprawling residential development in southwest corner of Strongsville

North Park Developers LLC and Parkview Homes, two Strongsville firms, want to build a sprawling residential development - including cluster houses and conventional single-family homes - on about 180 acres in the southwest corner of Strongsville.
