Critics love 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi,' so why do some fans hate it?

The film's audience score on Rotten Tomatoes is only 57 percent. On Metacritics, audiences gave it just a 5 (out of 10) with the amount of negative and mixed reviews outnumbering the positive reviews. Those ratings puts it in the company of "The Phantom Menace" and "Attack of the Clones," two episodes considered to be the worst in the saga.
