Cleveland welcomes first Hispanic bishop to diocese

Bishop-designate Nelson J. Perez made his first public appearance Tuesday morning, having arrived in Cleveland just five hours prior to the public announcement that he will become the 11th bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland.
