Cleveland Orchestra launches online queue system to meet demand for 'Tommy' tickets

In an effort to keep its main website from crashing, the Cleveland Orchestra Friday launched an online queue system through which visitors could wait in a virtual line for access to the site and time to purchase tickets to the July 8 concert at Blossom Music Center.
