Cleveland officials discuss plan for latest winter storm

CLEVELAND-- City of Cleveland officials held a news conference on Thursday to discuss their preparations for the latest round of winter weather.
A winter storm warning is in effect from noon Friday to 10 a.m. Saturday for Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Ashtabula, Medina, Summit, Portage, Wayne, Stark and Holmes counties. A winter weather advisory is in effect from 10 a.m. Friday to 4 p.m. Saturday for Erie, Lorain and Huron counties.
