Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson files nominating petitions for Sept. 12 primary

Jackson dropped off nominating petitions containing 9,000 signatures with the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections. Mayoral candidates need valid signatures from 3,000 city voters to make the Sept. 12 primary ballot.
