Cleveland developer, denied by voters in May, proposes another senior living campus in North Royalton

Omni Properties Cos. in Cleveland -- whose plan to build a senior-living campus at West Sprague and State roads in North Royalton was rejected by voters in May - has returned with another senior-living proposal at York Road and West Sprague in North Royalton.
