Cleveland Councilman Brian Cummins asks county prosecutor to investigate an opponent

A letter to County Prosecutor Michael O'Malley alleges that candidacy petitions for one of Cummins' challengers were not circulated properly under state law. Election falsification under Ohio law is considered a fifth-degree felony.
