Changes expected after remains found buried in backyard; Vigil planned

CLEVELAND-- Charges are expected on Thursday in the case of remains buried in a backyard on Cleveland's west side.
Earlier this week, the Cleveland Division of Police was tipped off that a 5-year-old boy was buried behind a home on West 80th Street. On Tuesday, investigators recovered human remains.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office is working to identify the body. According to court documents, the remains showed signs of abuse, including broken ribs.
