Changes coming in Highland Heights after Coleman's resignation

Former Highland Heights City Council president Chuck Brunello, Jr. was sworn in Wednesday as the city's mayor, replacing former mayor Scott Coleman, who resigned Tuesday after allegations against him of embezzlement.
