Bowery Development Group seeks $1.85 million to construct Lock 4 Arcade

The Bowery Development Group is seeking an additional $1.85 million to help better integrate Main Street with the Ohio & Erie Canal at Lock 4 in the $38 million Bowery Project. One modification to the original design is to construct the Lock 4 Arcade in the center of the strip to allow people to move easily between the street and the canal.
