B Spot's new meatless Impossible Burger looks and tastes like meat

It's called the Impossible Burger and it's now being offered at Cleveland celebrity chef Michael Symon's B Spot chain of restaurants. The burger uses no meat. Instead, it's made with wheat, coconut oil, potatoes and heme -- a bloodlike compound that the makers of the burger say gives meat its smell, sizzle and taste.
