AT&T mobile customers begin receiving $88 million in refunds for bill cramming

About 2.7 million customers of AT&T on Thursday started to receive $88 million in refunds. The refunds, stemming from a settlement between regulators and AT&T in 2014, are intended to repay customers who had unwanted charged improperly added to their bills.
