Arby's buys Buffalo Wild Wings for $2.9 billion

Roark Capital Group's purchase of Buffalo Wild Wings, unanimously approved Tuesday by both companies' Boards of Directors, works out to $157 per share in cash. The deal, which still needs approval from BWW shareholders, is expected to close in early 2018.
