Amherst school to teach biomimicry, study of technology imitating nature

Biomimicry has brought us velcro, water resistant paints and inspired scientists for decades. Angie DeLeon plans to inspire future scientists by teaching the groundbreaking science course starting in the fall at Marion L. Steele High School in Amherst.
