Akron, Summit County release welcoming plan for immigrants and refugees

The Akron/Summit County Strategic Welcome plan, created by the city and county and local immigrant-services agencies Asian Services in Action, Global Ties Akron and the International Institute, sets forth four areas of focus for providing a welcoming environment for immigrants and refugees.
