Akron students work with Mustard Seed, grow own vegetables in Veggie U

Akron Public Schools teachers are using creative and tasty ways to teach third-grade students about the importance of healthy eating. With fresh vegetables donated by the Mustard Seed Market and an indoor garden program designed by Veggie U, teachers are conducting food programs that align with regular lessons.
