Akron plans to make 4 downtown one-way roads two-way: See where and why

Work to convert Akron's West Exchange Street from one-way to two is expected to begin this spring. Converting Exchange and Cedar streets to two-way streets could have many benefits for economic development in the downtown area, Akron Mayor Dan Horrigan said.
