Akron group home employees accused of beating developmentally-disabled man

Dominique Gladney, 23, the home manager for the facility; Octavious Thomason, 43, the project director for the facility; were charged with felonious assault, abduction and assault Nov. 2. Another employee, Mennyon Davis, 26, was charged with felonious assault and abduction Thursday, according to a news release from the Summit County Sheriff's Office.
