24-year-old killed in hit-skip on Cleveland’s east side

CLEVELAND– The Cleveland Division of Police is asking for information after a man was killed in a hit-and-run crash on Thursday. It happened at about 11:45 p.m. on Kinsman Road and East 69th Street. Cleveland police said the victim got out of a car and started walking into the street when he was hit by another vehicle. The suspect left the scene.
