Noncitizens Eligible for Standard Illinois Driver's Licenses Under New Proposal

Illinois Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias and members of the General Assembly have put together a proposed bill that would overhaul the process by which noncitizens can obtain standard driver’s licenses.
