Chicago man charged by Highland Park police with theft, forgery

Highland Park police charged a 29-year-old Chicago man with felony theft and forgery after discovering fraudulent documents, thousands of dollars in counterfeit money and other people's identification cards at an apartment, officials announced Thursday.
