Ald. Quinn Withdraws Challenge to Opponent's Petitions

David Krupa, a freshman at DePaul University who is running for alderman in the 13th Ward, won a significant victory on Saturday as incumbent Alderman Marty Quinn withdrew his challenge to his candidacy.
