Southside Hampton Roads cities will be connected to ultrafast internet fiber ring

Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Norfolk, and Suffolk will connect to a 119-mile fiber ring that could bring the "fastest internet speeds on the East Coast."
