Chesapeake restaurant to host comedy and auction event to support sheriff's deputy shot in Hampton

The "Comedy with a Purpose" event will take place at Winston's Raw Bar & Grill to support Chesapeake Sheriff's Deputy Scott Chambers in his recovery.
