Sen. Harris Tours Immigrant Detention Center And Leaves ‘Deeply Disturbed’

OTAY MESA (CBSLA) —   California Sen. Kamala Harris toured an immigrant-detention center Friday and came out saying she was “deeply disturbed” by what she witnessed.
